Job Title: Enterprise Business Analyst (EBA) Location: Remote / CST Hours (7 AM - 4 PM) Contract Type: C2C Expected Start Date: ASAP Expected End Date: 12/31/2026 About the Role: The Enterprise Business Analyst (EBA) supports mission-critical, strategic change initiatives across the organization. The role involves understanding business needs, aligning with corporate strategies, and delivering solutions using IIBA standard techniques with a digital and agile mindset. The EBA will work across multiple customer groups and play a key role in the organization's digital transformation journey. Responsibilities: • Understand customer experience and business needs while supporting digital transformation initiatives. • Document business architecture diagrams, including value streams, context diagrams, and process flows. • Facilitate discussions and decision-making with stakeholders at all levels to ensure business value and customer experience are delivered. • Exhibit leadership and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis best practices. Required Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation, and documentation. • Skilled in business analysis techniques. • Hands-on experience with Lucidchart, Visio, BPMN. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. • Understanding of technical architecture concepts. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Experience interacting with executives, leadership, and multiple customer groups. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred Skills & Experience: • Knowledge of Lean principles and Agile methodologies. • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives. • 5+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry. • Experience in a defined development life cycle methodology. • Writing use cases and business process modeling. • Familiarity with Healthcare applications. • IIBA certification is a plus.
