Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including sourcing, contract negotiation, performance scorecards, and risk mitigation. Build inventory models that balance service levels with carrying costs, in coordination with warehouse and fulfillment teams. Track and report key supply chain KPIs — cost, lead time, fill rate, forecast accuracy — and drive continuous improvement. Partner with finance, sales, manufacturing, and warehouse operations, and support supply chain and accounting systems implementation. Requirements What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, accounting, or operations management, with demonstrated ownership of planning or sourcing functions. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) and demand planning or analytics tools. Experience with S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and logistics/freight management.
