Full Description

We are seeking a Recruiter/HR Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You will also be responsible to provide administrative support to the HR Department. Responsibilities: • Recruiting and hiring • Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations • Enforce company policies, rules and regulations • Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges etc. • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. • Screen candidates resumes and job applications • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices • Promote company’s culture ​Qualifications: • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) of at least 3+ years • Previous experience in Human Resources • General knowledge of labor and employment laws • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong attention to detail Company DescriptionIndustrial Technology Services and Rocktech Systems offer a wide variety of services to the manufacturing industry.
