Position Summary The Talent Management Program Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of key programs that shape IEM employees’ journey from day one throughout their career. This role will work closely with the Talent Development Team, HR team members, business leaders, and employees to ensure programs run smoothly, tools and resources are developed to help new hires integrate quickly, and Talent Management program participants have the resources they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Integration Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program that encompasses the first 90 days for new hires. Partner with HR, Operations, and functional leaders to ensure onboarding reflects IEM values, safety standards, and business priorities. Create tools, guides, and resources to enable hiring managers to deliver consistent and effective onboarding experiences. Develop metrics to measure onboarding effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and business needs. Manage onboarding technology platforms and ensure integration with other HRIS and IT systems. Entry-Level Development Programs Support the coordination and execution of early career and rotational development programs. Develop materials and content to support career development for early career professionals. Partner with facilitators and leaders to ensure smooth delivery of learning and development experiences. Employee Engagement & Recognition Assist with the coordination and communication of employee engagement surveys, data collection, and reporting. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and business units. Manage and evolve employee recognition programs that celebrate contributions and reinforce company culture. Train managers on effective recognition practices and integration into team culture. Build scalable frameworks and toolkits for managers to foster career growth, performance, and retention. Program Operations & Data Oversee the program lifecycle by managing detailed project plans. Support reporting and data analysis to measure program effectiveness. Support key people programs throughout the year (e.g., performance cycles, development planning, culture initiatives). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Talent Development, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Learning & Development. Proven experience designing and executing onboarding and engagement programs in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g. LMS, HRMS, and survey tools). Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and feedback to drive program improvement. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operationally complex environments preferred. Additional Details Location: Remote Note: CA residents are not eligible at this time.
