Position Summary The Senior IT Business Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions that support critical business processes. This role works closely with business stakeholders, IT partners, and project managers to translate strategic goals into actionable requirements, optimize workflows, and improve system performance. The Senior BA serves as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational strategy. Key Responsibilities * Work in a cross-functional environment with various business groups, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes and business requirements * Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes * Work with other team members to define requirements and validate solutions that align with business strategies, standards and policies * Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests with the business and end users * Identifies key user business transformations * Document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements. * Lead and participate in stakeholder workshops * Create/Validate End to End Process Flows for manufacturing plants * Contribute to localization of project documentation (training materials, test scripts, etc) * Be accountable for site readiness (planning, support, audit, training) * Be the business representative for the program with understanding of current processes and systems * Be accountable for Business Transformation, Solution decisions, Data accuracy, and Organizational Change Management * Participate in End User Training * Lead the Key Users & project team participation in solution testing Qualifications * 7+ years of work experience in manufacturing * 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar IT role. * Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid). * Strong data analysis skills, SQL experience is a plus * Change management and communication skills * Ability to balance a workload while working on multiple priorities * Aptitude in learning and working in new IT systems * Forward thinking & Innovative with the ability to analyze and design business processes * Strong leadership skills & communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction to team on required clarifications * Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail required to translate business value into effective User Stories and Acceptance Criteria * Demonstrates independent thinking and able to take responsibility/ownership * Ability to work both as a team and independently * Ability to work with a flexible schedule, including travel as needed * Sense of urgency and drive to meet individual and team goals * Work across functional teams with ability to collaborate quickly to resolve impediments and provide clarifications * ERP experience Location * The position is fully remote but may require up to 15% travel to IEM facilities, supplier sites, compliance audits or conferences.
