Position Summary The Learning Program Manager – Sales & Field Services is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy to equip employees with the skills they need to excel in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in supporting the company’s growth by ensuring team members are equipped with the technical, behavioral, and safety competencies required to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic learning professional who can blend performance consulting, program design, and stakeholder partnerships to create scalable learning solutions. Key Responsibilities Program Development Conduct needs analyses in partnership with internal SME’s and leadership to identify critical skill gaps. Leverage adult learning principles and innovative methodologies to create engaging content. Implement blended learning approaches (e.g., instructor-led, virtual, microlearning, and on-the-job learning). Ensure all programs align with IEM values, brand standards, and compliance/safety requirements. Program Management & Delivery Manage end-to-end training initiatives — design, pilot, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Partner with internal SMEs and external vendors to deliver high-quality, relevant training content. Build tools and resources to support self-directed learning and continuous improvement. Track and report on learning outcomes, adoption, and performance impact. Ensure training programs align with regulatory and compliance requirements as appropriate. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business priorities. Consult with managers and other stakeholders to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in talent development, onboarding, and career progression. Coach front-line supervisors in building a strong culture of safety, accountability, and customer focus. Facilitation Lead engaging training sessions for employees, managers, and leaders. Foster an interactive and participatory learning environment. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define clear success metrics for learning programs. Use data and feedback to refine learning offerings and demonstrate business impact. Stay current on best practices in learning design, technologies and trends. This role will require travel up to 50%. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in talent development, with a focus on learning program design and facilitation. Proven ability to design and implement large-scale training initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360 preferred), multimedia tools, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience facilitating leadership or behavioral skills training. Demonstrated commitment to safety culture and compliance. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Additional Details Location: Remote Note: CA residents are not eligible at this time.
