Key Responsibilities: Partner with our Business Intelligence (BI) team to support and enhance analytics capabilities across manufacturing operations—from production and supply chain to quality and engineering. Develop data pipelines and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights on throughput, downtime, cycle time, scrap rates, inventory, on-time delivery, backlog, capacity analysis and other key manufacturing metrics. Work closely with plant managers, operations leaders, and engineering teams to understand production workflows and provide real-time data solutions via Tableau dashboards. Build, maintain, and optimize data models integrating ERP, MES, and shop floor systems with Snowflake and ETL tools. Lead Tableau training sessions tailored to manufacturing and operations staff, driving data literacy and dashboard adoption. Continuously refine BI solutions to support lean initiatives, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of BI experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Advanced Tableau experience, including manufacturing KPI dashboards and visual storytelling. Proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, and ETL processes; familiarity with ERP and MES data sources is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work hands-on with operations and engineering teams. Problem-solving mindset with experience turning raw shop-floor data into business insights. Compensation: The salary range for this role is $130,000 -$150,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
