Role Description We are seeking a full-time Senior Automation Engineer for an on-site role located in Garner, NC. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing automation systems, developing control solutions, programming PLC and HMI systems, conducting system testing and troubleshooting, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Additional tasks include working closely with cross-disciplinary teams, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and innovative solutions. Qualifications • Strong expertise in automation system design, PLC programming, and HMI design • Experience with system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and project execution • Proficiency in engineering tools like AutoCAD, electrical schematics, and control panel design is a plus • Knowledge of industry standards related to automation and control systems • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field • Experience in industrial sectors like pharmaceutical, automotive, or food and beverage is a plus
