Full Description

Minimum Requirements & Key Responsibilities: • Bachelor’s Degree • Eight or more years of experience in project management • Prior experience within a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharma, automotive, aerospace) • Led and supported end-to-end solutions spanning Telephony, Genesys, Salesforce CRM, enterprise reporting, agent desktop experience, and structured release management. • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to drive operational efficiency, digital innovation, and cultural change across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for transformation programs, ensuring delivery within scope and on schedule. • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, to secure buy-in, manage expectations, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively. • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, using data-driven insights and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of transformation efforts. • Managed/supported projects cross-functionally in an iterative, fast paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • High attention to detail while managing multiple sophisticated deliverables and stakeholder groups • Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results required • Highly skilled with MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Exposure with Salesforce, SharePoint, Jira, Brightree, Alvaria, Genesys and Teleperformance preferred. • Proven organization and time management skills
