Indigo Slate, a Zensar Company, is seeking an Organizational Performance Consultant to help clients align business strategies with technology capabilities, enhance employee experiences, and improve organizational performance. The role involves assessing organizational gaps, developing strategies, implementing process improvements, and fostering employee engagement. The position is remote and offers a collaborative environment.
