Job Description Job Title: Application Analyst Base Salary: $85-$115k, based on skillset and experience Location: USA Work model: Remote (MTN time zone preferred, with occasional travel to Indigenous Pact work sites) Travel Requirements: up to 10% Reports to: Director, Organization Performance & Transformation Job Summary The Application Analyst is responsible for supporting third party enterprise software applications through their full lifecycle—including planning, implementation, configuration, maintenance, optimization, and eventual decommissioning. This role ensures that third-party systems are effectively integrated into business operations and meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Perform provisioning for new users Provide technical support and troubleshooting for third-party software applications Maintain application catalog, ensuring support, costs, contract terms are defined and up to date Monitor application performance and recommend improvements Analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications Configure, test, install, and maintain software applications and related workflows Collaborate with vendors to manage integrations, updates, and issue resolution Document system configurations, workflows, and change management activities Lead or support small to mid-sized projects involving application enhancements or implementations Develop and maintain training materials and user documentation Participate in on-call rotations and support command center activities as needed Assist in developing and executing testing plans to ensure system integrity and performance Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations Ability to flex to other project priorities within an operational team, as needed Skills & Qualifications Experience with configuration and support of third-party software applications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it for non-technical audiences Familiarity with system analysis, business process mapping, and workflow optimization Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Experience Project management experience is a plus Certification in relevant platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Epic, Workday) is preferred but not required Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, time tracking or industry-specific platforms Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing) is beneficial Tribal Healthcare: Experience working with tribal health organizations and culturally responsive care models Physical and sensory demands: This position will require extended periods of sitting, typing, and working on a computer screen Close vision is required for computer work Working environment: This is a remote position, with expected working hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Occasional travel to Indigenous Pact work sites may be required Why Choose Indigenous Pact?
