One of the world’s most prestigious Fortune 500 food companies is hiring Senior Quality Managers (Plant Level) in Portland, OR and Richmond, VA, as well as Corporate Quality Managers in Chicago, IL. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you’ll ensure world-class quality, food safety, and sanitation programs while driving Lean practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across large, high-volume plants. Key Focus Areas: • Lead quality, food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory programs across the plant. • Drive continuous improvement and Lean/CI initiatives to achieve next-generation performance. • Oversee audits, compliance, and ISO-aligned quality management systems. • Lead and develop quality teams (20+ employees in a unionized environment). • Partner cross-functionally to solve food safety challenges and influence global/regional policies. Qualifications: • 8+ years as a Quality Manager in large, automated food manufacturing (400+ employees). • Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Track record in Fortune 500, progressive food manufacturing environments. • Strong leadership in HACCP, sanitation, food safety, Lean/CI, and union team management.
