Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our IIS team in the role of Analyst-Accounts Payable. This position is full time remote. Role Responsibilities: • Analyze reports in order to resolve open and/or outstanding invoices. • Research and responds to daily inquiries from internal and external customers in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. • Meet productivity standards for processing documents and all departmental proficiency standards for Accounts Payable (AP) software applications use. • Perform accurate data entry of large volume of invoices, (purchase order and non-purchase order) from multi-business units, under general supervision. • Enter and verify invoice information into the AP system module from electronic invoice copies. • Participate in special projects and completes other tasks assigned. Key Relationships: • Reports to: Keith Radcliff Candidate Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED required. • Requires 0-3 years’ experience in accounts payable or related field. • Requires experience using Microsoft Office products/applications. • Post-secondary training and/or education in accounting, bookkeeping, information management or related experience is a plus. Experience with Vendor statement reviews or reconciliation is a plus. • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a plus.
