Overview of the role: The Business Development Executive position focuses on seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with prospects and converting them into clients. This role may involve travel as well as client-facing interactions and meetings while working collaboratively with other executives to experience teamwork and collaboration. Key responsibilities: - Responding to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner. - Seeking new sales opportunities through calling, emails, networking, and social media. - Presenting the company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings. - Creating reviews and reports with sales data analysis. - Working on negotiations and closing deals with prospects and existing clients. Requirements: - Sales Experience: Background in B2B sales and client relationship development. - Client Acquisition: Experience with new client acquisition and deal closing. - Sales Techniques: Understanding of sales and negotiation methodologies. - Location: Based in San Francisco or New York. Additional skills preferred: - Industry Experience: Experience selling staff augmentation or technology services. - Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes. - Outsourcing Background: Experience in the software outsourcing industry. - Remote Work: Experience working remotely. - Regional Familiarity: Knowledge of LATAM software outsourcing. - Management Experience: Sales team management background.
