What You Will Do: Join our team as an Office Assistant and play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for residents and visitors. You’ll keep things organized, support community operations, and help make our office run like clockwork. Your day-to-day will include: • Assisting with resident services—collecting checks, processing service change forms, posting notices, managing laundry card distribution, and helping with Amazon locker access. • Conducting unit walk-throughs after vendor work or during inspections to ensure quality. • Entering and closing work orders and keeping vendor logs up to date. • Supporting leasing, such as backup tours when needed. • Making sure move-out processes and documentation are completed accurately and on time. What You'll Need: • Experience: At least 1 year in an office support or administrative role. • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. • Communication: Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and office technology; familiarity with property management software is a plus.
