Leasing Specialist Celebration Senior Living (Federal Way) Full-Time | Hourly | $19–$23/hr + Annual Bonus, Leasing Commissions & Potential to Earn NOI Bonuses About Us Celebration Senior Living is part of the SHAG network and operated by Independent Living Inc., the largest non-profit provider of affordable senior housing in the Puget Sound region. What You’ll Do As a Leasing Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for prospective residents. You will: • Lead prospects through the leasing process from start to finish to sell the property • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and tours • Collaborate with the property team to ensure the community is tour-ready • Showcase apartment and community features during engaging property tours • Follow up promptly on leads and pre-leases • Coordinate smooth, welcoming move-in experiences What You Bring • 1+ year of leasing experience (Affordable Housing/LIHTC is a big plus!) • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills • Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented • Passion for helping others and working collaboratively Compensation & Perks • Hourly Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hr • Bonuses: Annual bonus + generous leasing commissions (The more leases you sign, the more you earn—your success directly impacts your commission potential!) + potential to earn NOI bonuses • Schedule: Monday–Friday (rare evening/weekend events) • Time Off: 12 paid holidays + vacation + sick time • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (starts Day 1), 401(k) with match • Extras: Employee discounts, referral bonuses, wellness support Why Join Us?
