What We Are Seeking Independent Insurance Brokers & Associates is seeking a full-time experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is customer-focused, detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial lines, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Job Responsibilities • Process policy changes and Endorsements accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date client records. • Answer client phone calls and emails with professionalism, providing clear and timely responses to questions and service requests. • Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client and carrier requirements. • Support clients through audit processes by reviewing documentation, answering questions, and coordinating with carriers as needed. • Quote and bind small commercial policies online, demonstrating sound understanding of coverage and attention to detail.
