Company Description Independent Insurance Brokers & Associates is a locally owned/operated insurance agency in Irmo, SC. Since 2002, we have been representing multiple insurance companies to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our agency offers a wide range of insurance types including personal auto, homeowners, commercial property, and more. We are members of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of SC. Role Description This is a full-time in-office position for a P&C Insurance Customer Service Rep located in Irmo, SC. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, support, and satisfaction to clients. Our agency hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30-5:00 and Friday 8:30-2:00. Qualifications • SC Property & Casualty Insurance License • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance software systems • Knowledge of P&C insurance products and regulations • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus Benefits Our agency offers Paid Time Off, Full medical, dental & vision plans and a 401K plan with a match.
