Summary ICBA Payments is seeking a Senior Vice President, Strategic Finance, Pricing & Modeling to lead our financial strategy, pricing architecture, and modeling initiatives. This highly influential role will partner closely with executive leadership and utilize financial analysis expertise and experience with card issuing programs and card processing to help drive long-term growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. This role will be responsible for budget forecasting and tracking, financial modeling, scenario planning, pricing strategy, and value-based decision support. The ideal candidate has deep financial acumen, a strong quantitative and strategic mindset, and proven experience driving performance at scale in a fast-paced, data-driven financial services or fintech environment. Responsibilities Financial Modeling: • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate revenue streams and the forecasted performance of debit and credit card programs, investment opportunities, and various pricing strategies. • Drive forecasting accuracy and develop dashboards to track KPIs, margin performance, and contribution to ICBA Payments' strategic goals. • Provides checks and balances on data to ensure accuracy within reporting and strong foundation for modeling. Pricing Strategy & Optimization: • Lead the development of P&L’s, along with and competitive pricing models, across ICBA Payments’ products, subproducts, and services. • Collaborate with partner organizations and vendors to negotiate favorable pricing and revenue share structures. Data & Reporting: • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities. • Collaborate with IT and data resources on ensuring foundational data needs are met. Budgeting & Forecasting: • Lead all aspects of financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling. • Develop business cases and ROI frameworks for new product offerings, partnerships, and services. • Support ICBA Payments’ role as a value generator for community banks by aligning financial decisions with long-term community banking success. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Serve as a key member of the ICBA Payments executive team, actively contributing to organizational strategy and board reporting. • Collaborate with legal, product, operations, business development, and external partners to ensure financial integrity and strategic alignment across initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. • 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, pricing, or related roles, preferably within an issuer, card network, or processor. • Strong background in debit and credit card programs with an in-depth understanding of interchange, debit routing, and network fees is highly desirable. • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to diverse audiences. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • High integrity and a commitment to ethical decision-making. • Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage complexity with precision. Compensation and Benefits The target annual salary range for this role is currently $120,000 to $195,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package (medical, dental and vision), 401k plan company match contribution, and an annual performance bonus.
