Roles General agents, part-time through full-time, provide financial literacy and licensed/regulated financial services that enable families and business owners to save and better-grow their money through investments, insurance savings programs, mortgage refinances, and debt strategies. Advancement roles oversee, train, and develop teams of remote agents and open new outlets as broker-owners. Qualifications Must be age 18+, have U.S. residency (any U.S. state), be comfortable working via Zoom with a functioning camera, basic computer or laptop, and be able to pass a state and federal background check to obtain required licensing. Pay Pay varies depending on the role. All roles are 1099 contractor positions. Training bonuses are available. Agents can qualify for override and residual income. Brokers also get bonuses based on previous month's production and stock equity. State and federal licensure and appointments are through Fortune 1000, publicly-traded company Primerica Financial Services (NYSE:PRI).
