You’ll serve as a trusted thought partner to senior executives in all departments. You will also be helping to develop high-impact, actionable strategies and driving visibility into business performance. This role requires business judgment, proven problem solving skills, and a passion for using data to influence strategy and outcomes. As part of a highly collaborative and fast-moving BizOps team, you’ll be empowered to take on Glassdoor’s most pressing and complex challenges. Responsibilities • Support development of business strategy and drive execution: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop an understanding of what drives Glassdoor’s growth and efficiency • Create business cases and support resource allocation: Bring an investor mindset to evaluating new initiatives • Drive strategic analysis and insight generation: Conduct financial modeling, analytics and research to develop compelling recommendations that influence org-level decision making • Support operational rigor and performance management: Partner with business leaders to establish and track KPIs, support OKR development. Also, build dashboards that ensure accountability, transparency and results Skills/Competencies • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in business operations, management consulting, strategic finance, investment banking or equivalent roles. Experience in B2B SaaS business or online marketplace is a plus. • Problem Solving: Proven ability to structure and solve complex problems through data and sound business judgment • Strategic & Business Insight: Bring strategic and business insight by serving as an accountability driver and financial specialist, anticipate trends, align work with company goals, and connect cross-functional priorities to shape long-term direction • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal executive communication. Able to distill complex ideas into actionable insights and influence all levels of the organization • Influencing and Partner Management: High EQ and ability to build trust-based relationships across departments and leadership levels • Bias for Action: Resourceful, proactive and comfortable operating in ambiguity; takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced environments • Analytics Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google sheets and modeling. Experience with Adaptive Insights, Amplitude and Workday preferred Salary Range Transparency US Remote: $85,000 - $119,000 USD per year New York City: $106,000 - $148,000 USD per year Seattle: $98,000 - $137,000 USD per year SF Bay Area: $110,000 - $154,000 USD per year Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
