Your job As the Manager of Global Client Strategy within the Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) organization, you are the strategic architect managing a sales team of experienced deal strategists. Your mission is to drive the team towards accelerating revenue growth from Indeed’s highest-opportunity enterprise clients. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires Enterprise XL sales skills, operational rigor, and the ability to manage highly tenured individual contributors. Who you are Responsibilities Manage and coach a team of highly tenured Global Client Strategists. Conduct 1:1s focused on revenue goals and executing complex deals. Coach the team towards KPIs and milestones to ensure the team is advancing deals and strengthening internal and client partnerships. Support high level negotiations with clients when critical to closing the deal; have a high level of executive presence and strategic abilities to help team members close large deals. Ability and willingness to travel both domestically to support client meetings. Create, refine, and standardize processes for global deals (e.g., Enterprise Deal Frameworks) to ensure consistency and scalability across markets. Regularly bring data-driven insights and process recommendations to GCS and GES leadership to improve the team’s scope. Meet regularly with market Heads of Sales to ensure that Tier 1 global strategies are aligned with market level revenue strategies. Who we are Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience. Experience in Enterprise XL, and people management experience. Demonstrated ability to craft complex deal structures, manage executive alignment, and close large deals. Excellent at identifying current gaps with the ability to make sound recommendations on next steps. Structured and highly process-oriented while also being able to think creatively and adapt. Ability to coach and grow a team of tenured sales reps. Self-motivated with a high standard of personal excellence. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
