(*Comscore, Total Visits, March 2025) Day to Day Support and work cross functionally with product and engineering, finance, talent acquisition, and leadership teams in critical business functions, such as recruiting management and finance operations, as well as business intelligence and strategic planning. Solve organizational or key management issues and real-world problems that require a moderate to high technical/analytical aptitude and ability to leverage a good overall business sense. Execute quickly and efficiently to solve issues including identifying requirements for broad projects and understanding timelines and prioritization of work, serving as a thought partner to teams and emphasizing practical execution. Assist with leading recruiting management for a rapid growth organization, as well as budgeting, expense reviews, and other key business operations as the team expands. Perform data analysis, research, and planning. Build dashboards and reporting to provide insights on strategic areas. Develop processes to better serve organizational partners. Assist in automating processes and increasing team efficiency. Position is in New York, NY. Up to 100% telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted. Responsibilities Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; • 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Business Operations; • 3 years of experience querying and manipulating data using Python, SQL, or similar programming language; • 3 years of experience using advanced spreadsheet skills with Excel or Google Sheets; • 3 years of experience working with cross-functional and senior leadership teams; • 3 years of experience using PowerPoint or Google Slides and building narratives using data for senior leadership; and • 1 year of experience building dashboards using Tableau or other data visualization tool Experience may be gained concurrently. Multiple positions available. Salary Range Transparency Salary Range: $135,000 to $195,000 per year. Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
