Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite. Now Hiring: Team Lead – Warehouse Operations Location: DeSoto, TX Pay: $23.00/hr Schedule: Full-time | Hours vary by shift and client needs Indeed Flex is looking for a reliable and proactive Team Lead to support our temporary workforce onsite at a client facility. The Team Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless operation from start to finish each shift—supporting associates, maintaining attendance compliance, and collaborating with client operations teams to keep everything running efficiently. What You’ll Do • Serve as the on-site Indeed Flex representative for each shift. • Welcome and direct associates, assist with clock-in/out issues, and ensure attendance accuracy. • Help associates understand their daily assignments and safety procedures. • Monitor attendance and engagement throughout the shift; escalate issues as needed. • Handle onsite questions, safety concerns, and timekeeping discrepancies. • Verify end-of-shift records, document no-shows, and maintain accurate daily reporting. What We’re Looking For • 1–2 years of experience in team leadership, staffing, or warehouse operations preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual skills a plus. • Dependable, adaptable, and calm under pressure. • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. • Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and workforce management systems.
