Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B sales opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem, managing the full sales cycle and exceeding sales targets.
2-5 years B2B sales experience in Microsoft consulting cloud services, familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, CRM tools, strong communication and consultative selling skills, and a hunter’s mindset.
Description: • Own the hunt – prospect, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities. • Build authentic, long-term relationships with mid-market and enterprise decision-makers. • Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing net-new B2B opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem. • Leverage your network to open doors and build trusted relationships with IT and business decision-makers. • Collaborate with our delivery team to craft tailored Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform solutions that solve real-world business challenges. • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close. • Exceed sales targets and contribute to a high-performance, values-driven team culture. • Consistently crush targets and celebrate the wins with a supportive team. Requirements: • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Microsoft consulting cloud services or big-ticket professional services. • Familiar with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform, you speak the language of digital transformation. • A hunter’s mindset - you’re energized by opening new accounts and building from the ground up. • Strong communication and consultative selling skills - you know how to uncover pain points and position value. • Experience using CRM tools like Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Outreach to manage pipeline and forecast accurately. • A self-starter attitude with the discipline to work independently and the drive to win as part of a team.
