Position Overview The Enterprise Solution Architect is responsible for designing the company's IT structure to ensure it aligns with the business' organization structure and processes by developing ways to integrate the business' IT systems, creating and implementing enterprise architecture models and suggesting improvements to current internal functions, platforms, and IT processes. Essential Job Duties • Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of CRM and ERP platforms. • Create and execute systems roadmap that supports current business needs and scales for future growth. • Devise ways to introduce new functionality to current computer systems and platforms. • Design and implement new systems by selecting and configuring software and hardware. • Oversee the installation and configuring of new systems and customize as needed. • Conduct tests to ensure the systems are working as expected. • Train systems' end users and create SOPs as needed. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring all technology systems and services are reliable and secure. • Manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation. • Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems, staying updated on current technologies and regulations regarding data protection. • Manage IT department (as it grows), vendors and contractors as needed. Minimum Requirements • Proven experience in an IT management role, with a strong technical background and leadership skills. • Proven track record of leading CRM and ERP implementations, preferably HubSpot and NetSuite. • Deep understanding of business processes in Finance, Sales and Operations. • Familiarity with data migration, system integration, and API workflows. • Minimum seven years' experience in information technology. • Minimum five years' experience in project management and/or team leadership. Desired Qualifications • Experience with e-Commerce, inventory, or supply chain systems. • Background in B2B Sales, medtech, or consumer product industries. • Working knowledge of compliance and IT security best practices.
