Nationwide - Commercial + Multifamily Flooring Sales Executives + Lead Commercial Estimators Location: National / Remote/ Multi-city | Compensation: $100K–$450K+ (No Cap) About The Role We’re seeking a Commercial Flooring Sales Executives & Lead Commercial Estimators to drive growth by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored commercial flooring solutions. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven professional with deep knowledge of commercial flooring projects and a proven track record in sales or project management. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the commercial flooring market. • Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research. • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals. • Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction. • Provide expert guidance on flooring installation options, including carpet, resilient, ceramic, epoxy, and resinous materials. • Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts. • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales, bidding, account management, or project management within commercial flooring service and construction and installation. • Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products (carpet, resilient, ceramic, resinous, epoxy). • Ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
