Position: Treasury Operations Manager Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience Location: Full Remote Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Treasury Operations Manager to join their team! Join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization as a Treasury Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of global treasury operations, streamline processes, and drive change during a period of growth and transformation. You will play a vital role in integrating two historic companies, bringing innovative ideas to the table, and leading a team of treasury professionals. This role offers a unique challenge and the chance to make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities & Duties: • Manage day-to-day treasury operations and cash management • Administer company’s letter of credit and bank guarantee facilities • Handle short-term cash investing activities and relationships • Facilitate international cash movements and foreign exchange risk management • Supervise a team of treasury professionals • Create and enhance short-term cash forecasting • Support refinancing and capital markets activities • Lead treasury technology implementation and ensure best practices • Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and controls • Demonstrate company values: Service Attitude, Innovative Spirit, and Teamwork Required Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant business discipline • 5+ years of corporate treasury experience • Experience with Oracle and treasury systems • Leadership and management experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience: • Certified Treasury Professional designation • Experience with acquisitions and mergers • Familiarity with public company accounting and reporting requirements • Experience with international treasury management • Experience implementing new systems and processes Perks & Benefits: • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • Flexible Spending or Health Savings Accounts • 401k match • Paid Leave Plans • Parental & Adoption Benefits • Disability Coverage • Employee Assistance Program • Educational Assistance • Learning & Development Opportunities • Flex-scheduling available for qualifying positions If you are interested in learning more about the Treasury Operations Manager opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
