Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years federal grants experience with knowledge of 2 CFR 200 regulations, strong communication skills, and experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
SENIOR GRANTS MANAGEMENT ANALYST INCATech is searching for a Senior Grants Management Analyst to support the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The Senior Grants Management Analyst may: Responsibilities • Support pre-award functions involving a variety of construction or research related grants and cooperative agreements. • Support post-award functions involving the administration and oversight of grants and cooperative agreements. • Perform budget analysis, evaluation, and risk assessments for Federal assistance awards in accordance with 2 CFR 200. • Monitor functions on complex grants and cooperative agreements that cover research, development, specialized studies, training, and construction. • Interpret applicable laws and regulations and provide advice and policy guidance, training, and technical assistance. Requirements Qualifications Related Expereince: • Bachelor’s Degree • 6 years of experience with federal grants and/or acquisitions • Experience performing grants support in conformance with all Government regulations and policies including 2 CFR 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and DOT Guide to Financial Assistance • Thorough knowledge of Federal Assistance practices and policies • Expert understanding of the full grant lifecycle • Expert knowledge of the application of 2 CFR 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards • Experience support federal grants function to include: pre-award, post-award, price/cost analysis, implementing new developments, and providing policy interpretation • Experience leveraging SharePoint environments. • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills (oral and written) • Superior customer service, critical thinking, and communications skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. • Individual must be a self-starter, high energy, and able to lead a complex long-term initiative. • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
