Full Description

What We Look For · Passion for solving real-world challenges and delivering high-impact results. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data problems into actionable solutions. · Proficiency in Java, Python, TypeScript, and/or React. · Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including Ontology, Slate, Workshop, or AIP. · Expertise in building and optimizing data pipelines and backend microservices (Spring Boot, REST APIs). · Experience deploying on AWS cloud platforms and optimizing infrastructure for cost and performance. · Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI integration (preferred but not required). · Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in client-facing, fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field. · 5+ years of professional software engineering or data engineering experience. · Direct experience embedding with client teams and delivering production-grade solutions. · Prior experience with Spark / PySpark and distributed computing frameworks. · Familiarity with federal or enterprise clients is a plus.
