Key Responsibilities • Manage and execute a digital website roadmap aligned with business objectives • Coordinate multiple, interdependent digital projects, timelines, and resources • Partner with cross-functional teams (strategy, content, analytics, operations, product, and technical teams) • Translate technical and product requirements into clear, actionable project plans • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies • Lead weekly status meetings to track progress, risks, and decisions • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders • Maintain project tracking and reporting within a project management system • Support change management and continuous process improvement efforts Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of project management experience in digital, web, or cross-functional environments • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder digital or website initiatives • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused communication • Experience facilitating meetings and driving accountability • Proficiency with project management tools • Excellent stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused #INANON-IT Job Type: Part-time Pay: $60.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20 per week Application Question(s): • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or Communications.
