Responsibilities include assisting with production planning, managing production activities, overseeing quality control processes, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. The role involves supporting production management, addressing operational challenges, and contributing to a productive and safe workplace environment. Qualifications • Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient workflows and meet deadlines • Excellent Communication and Training skills to collaborate effectively with team members and facilitate knowledge sharing • Experience in Quality Control to maintain standards and ensure the quality of products • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for managing production challenges and ensuring efficient operations • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in production processes are a plus • Physical ability to perform job-related tasks in a manufacturing or production environment
