Our firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator with a successful track record of finding, contacting and attracting top-notch talent to the company. The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit excellent customer service skills and have the ability to prioritize multiple projects with the goal of recruiting high quality candidates for various projects and positions. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for sourcing candidates in order to provide our Hiring Managers with a high number of qualified applicants to select from. Responsibilities: • Review and verify applicant's qualifications. • Schedule interviews with hiring managers. • Contact supervisors to clarify job duties and responsibilities. • Provide feedback to hiring manager on candidate's performance in interview. • Follow up with hiring managers to track the applicant's status. • Compile and produce employee lists. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Experience: • Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
