LOLA'S ON TH WATER -Guest Experience Curator – High Energy Floor Presence We are seeking a Guest Experience Curator to elevate the energy and atmosphere of our dining room. This is not a traditional role. This is a presence role. We are looking for someone who understands that hospitality is more than service — it is timing, awareness, confidence, and connection. Someone who naturally works a room, engages guests effortlessly, and creates an environment people want to return to. If you thrive in upscale settings and know how to command attention without demanding it, we would love to meet you. What you’ll be doing: • Acting as the visible face of the restaurant during service • Curating the guest experience throughout the dining room • Engaging guests with warmth, confidence, and polish • Reading the room and adjusting energy as needed • Building relationships with repeat and VIP guests • Supporting leadership and service teams to ensure smooth flow • Resolving guest concerns with composure and professionalism What you bring to the table: • Experience in upscale, elevated casual, or fine dining environments • Strong personal presence and natural charisma • Exceptional communication skills • Comfort engaging high-profile or discerning guests • Professional appearance and situational awareness • A genuine passion for hospitality Compensation based on experience and overall fit.
