We are currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic UKG Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving meaningful outcomes for our clients. What You Will Do: • Bring your big-picture mindset - we're looking for someone who can think strategically, connect the dots, and develop creative solutions to help our clients achieve their business goals. • Lead with innovation, as your fresh ideas and forward-thinking strategies will help shape client solutions and how we approach workforce and human capital management. • Dive into the entire UKG implementation journey from initial discovery to a successful GoLive, ensuring every step runs smoothly. • Thrive on solving complex challenges, crafting tailored approaches, and delivering outcomes that exceed expectations. • Lead impactful meetings that bring customers and team members together, creating alignment and driving progress. • Craft and communicate project blueprints, defining work plans, scope, timelines, and resourcing to keep everyone on track. • Drive efficiency and continuous improvement by managing projects with our proven methodology while suggesting improvements to boost speed and consistency. • Stay ahead of risks with proactive management strategies to identify, mitigate, and minimize potential challenges. • Champion clear communication by setting realistic customer expectations and adapting plans to meet evolving needs. • Confidently lead difficult conversations and guide stakeholders at all levels, delivering constructive feedback, resetting expectations, and fostering open, honest communication-even in high-pressure situations. • Demonstrate strong leadership presence, bringing calm, direction, and clarity when projects face challenges or ambiguity. • Effectively manage project changes by balancing scope, schedule, and costs while keeping everyone aligned and informed. • Ensure excellence in deliverables by enforcing quality standards that exceed customer expectations. • Maintain thorough, up-to-date project documentation and stay on top of key details, including task statuses, time tracking, and supporting materials. • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new project management tools, methodologies, and technologies. • Collaborate closely with project team members both internally and externally, aligning on shared goals to deliver on time and within budget. • Be the voice of progress by clearly communicating project updates, risks, and options to both internal teams and external stakeholders. • We value curiosity and a hunger for learning, so you should seek out opportunities to grow your expertise in UKG's industry-leading technology, mastering both Workforce Management and Human Capital Management solutions. Your knowledge, skills, and abilities: • Minimum 3 years' experience with completing full implementations of UKG Workforce Management and/or Human Capital Management • Experience managing projects virtually • Ability to confidently lead challenging conversations, deliver constructive feedback, and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Exemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationships • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed • Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
