Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Junior-level Technical Campaign Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of campaign creation, execution, and reporting for pharmaceutical clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our Customer Success (CS) team to schedule, test, and launch campaigns, and with our Development (Dev) team to monitor campaign performance and refine reporting tools. Familiarity with Twilio flows is a plus, and a technical background is a significant advantage. Duties/ Responsibilities: • Campaign Management & Execution: • Lead the creation, testing, and launch of campaigns from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution. • Collaborate with the CS team to schedule and launch campaigns on time, using internal tools such as Pulse Runner. • Monitor active campaigns daily to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues. • Reporting & Analytics: • Develop campaign reports on an ad-hoc basis according to client-specific requirements, particularly for pharmaceutical brands. • Work closely with the Dev team on utilization, maintenance, and refinement of monitoring dashboards and reporting tools for executed campaigns. • Communication & Collaboration: • Partner with the CS team to gather campaign feedback and ensure alignment with client needs and schedules. • Provide updates to stakeholders on campaign status and performance through regular check-ins and reporting. • Technical Tasks & Integration: • Support junior development tasks assigned by the Dev team, such as enhancing reporting tools and evolving our platform for new commercial opportunities. • Manage and optimize Twilio flows to support campaign automation and engagement. Experience: • Up to 1 year of experience in a technical or marketing operations role; internships and co-op experience will be considered • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical discipline) or equivalent practical experience • Strong communication skills and understanding of working in cross-functional teams; eagerness to collaborate with Customer Success, Development, and Product teams • Experience/Interest in learning and working with marketing automation tools like Twilio, Bandwidth, or other messaging platforms; prior exposure is a plus • Basic technical foundation (e.g., understanding of APIs, SQL fundamentals, or exposure to programming concepts) • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks; prior project coordination experience is a plus • Analytical skills with the ability to work with data and create simple reports • Detail-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for problem-solving and learning under guidance • Brings a positive, collaborative attitude The base salary range for this role is $50,000 - 60,000.
