Role Description We are seeking a full-time Executive Sales Assistant to join our team on-site in Charlotte, NC. The role involves supporting daily sales activities, managing customer relationships, and assisting in the preparation of sales documents. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining records, handling communications, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The Executive Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and support the sales team • Proven Sales experience with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals • Highly developed Organization Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and sales operations efficiently • Proficiency in office technology and software, along with a detail-oriented and proactive work approach • Previous experience in sales support or related administrative roles preferred
