Regional Sales Representative – Healthcare Construction and Infection Control Products Location: Remote within assigned territory Travel: 30 - 60 % Industry: Healthcare, Construction, Facility Infection Control About Us We are a growing U.S. manufacturer of healthcare privacy solutions that include temporary wall systems, cubicle curtains, and related infection control products. Our team supports hospitals, healthcare systems, government facilities, and institutional clients nationwide. Position Overview We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Representative who will expand our presence within hospitals, healthcare contractors, and facility managers. The role focuses on selling our temporary wall systems, cubicle curtain programs, and supporting products to end users, distributors, and strategic partners. Key Responsibilities • Build and execute a territory growth plan targeting healthcare systems, facility managers, contractors, and institutional buyers • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through outreach, site visits, demos, and presentations • Manage relationships with general contractors, infection control teams, EVS, supply chain contacts, and purchasing departments • Conduct product training for customers and channel partners • Coordinate quoting activity and oversee project cycles from initial inquiry through delivery • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and regional meetings as required • Provide ongoing market feedback to leadership related to trends, competitors, pricing, and channel opportunities Qualifications • At least three years of successful business to business sales experience with preference for healthcare, construction, EVS, facilities, or infection control sectors • Proven ability to open doors, cultivate relationships, and close deals • Comfortable with field travel and hands on product demonstrations • Strong communication skills and professional presence • Self driven, organized, and able to generate consistent pipeline activity • Experience selling capital equipment, building products, medical products, or services into healthcare facilities is a plus What We Offer • Competitive base salary with commission structure • Training and onboarding support • Company laptop, phone, and travel allowance • A high growth environment with product innovation and territory expansion potential • The opportunity to represent proven, U.S. manufactured solutions that solve real problems for healthcare facilities If you are motivated by growth, enjoy building relationships, and want to help shape a fast growing market segment, we would like to talk.
