Project Manager – Structural Engineering Locations: Los Angeles, CA San Diego, CA Salary Range: $118,560 – $126,800Employment Type: Full-Time | In-Office Monday–Thursday, Remote Friday Relocation Assistance: Available for the right candidate Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Structural Engineering background to lead large-scale Type I construction projects, including commercial, healthcare, education, residential, hospitality, and aviation. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities • Manage multiple structural engineering projects simultaneously • Supervise engineers and BIM designers to ensure quality and timely delivery • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to develop structural solutions • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource planning • Ensure compliance with building codes, seismic requirements, and industry standards • Maintain strong client relationships and assist with business development efforts Required Qualifications • SE License (Structural Engineer) – Required • Master’s degree or higher in Structural Engineering from a U.S. university • Minimum 8 years of structural engineering experience • Proven experience managing Type I steel and concrete construction projects • Experience with ground-up construction (60–70%) and renovations (30–40%) • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with DSA and HCAI/OSHPD projects • Seismic evaluation and retrofit experience (ASCE 41) Benefits • Competitive salary • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and holidays • Professional development reimbursement (PE and SE exam fees) • On-site parking or transportation allowance • Partnership track available for high performers Click "Apply"& &
