The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following: • Participating in product installations, start-ups and repairs at the customer site and/or on the telephone • Supporting customers at the customer site and on the telephone • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction • Traveling 65-75% to domestic locations as well as France, Chile, Columbia, Mexico and/or Canada The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position: • 5+ years of electrical field service, mechanical field service and/or industrial maintenance experience • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting PLCs and variable frequency drives • A related degree or equivalent • Ability to do up to 75% domestic and international travel via airplane and automobile • Possess a valid passport and a valid driver's license • A solid work history • A US citizen or possess a green card • A residence within 45 minutes Please apply through Indeed or at impactsolutions.com/opportunities where you can see and apply for any of our open positions.
