Location: Pontiac, MI (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Build the Future of Financial Systems Our client is seeking an experienced **Senior Financial Systems Analyst/Developer **to take ownership of a mission-critical Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform and help drive the future of financial systems across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional who understands both finance and technology, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you'll serve as the technical owner of the OneStream platform, partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, FP&A, and IT to ensure reliable financial reporting, system performance, data integrity, and continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to influence system strategy, lead enhancements, support enterprise-wide financial processes, and implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making. Responsibilities • Administer, maintain, and optimize the OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities. • Ensure successful data loads, consolidations, currency translations, and financial reporting. • Troubleshoot application, calculation, and consolidation issues while providing end-user support. • Configure and maintain system security, user access, workflows, metadata, and hierarchies. • Manage development, test, and production environments, including deployments and change management. • Build and enhance Cube Views, Dashboards, Reports, Forms, Workflows, Business Rules, and other application components. • Develop automation and system enhancements that improve financial processes and reporting efficiency. • Manage integrations with ERP systems and other data sources while validating data accuracy. • Coordinate software upgrades, patches, and application migrations. • Maintain documentation, system governance, disaster recovery processes, and internal controls. • Support SOX compliance, audit requests, and security best practices. • Evaluate new platform capabilities and partner with Finance leadership on future enhancements and system roadmap initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering or developing within the OneStream platform. • Strong understanding of financial close processes, GAAP and/or IFRS, chart of accounts, intercompany accounting, and foreign currency translation. • Experience supporting enterprise financial applications and business users. • Strong knowledge of financial systems administration, data integrations, transformation rules, and reconciliation processes. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SQL and relational databases is highly desirable. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to translate business and finance requirements into effective technical solutions. • Experience delivering user training and supporting cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications • OneStream Certified Professional or Administrator certification. • Experience with SQL, VB.NET, C#, or OneStream Business Rules development. • Experience building Dashboard Extenders, Connector Rules, and automation solutions. • Experience implementing financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliation, or journal management solutions. • Experience supporting global, multi-currency organizations. • Project leadership or implementation experience. • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for leveraging new technology, including AI-enabled capabilities.
