Responsibilities • Coordinate the transportation of goods and materials in a timely manner. • Communicate with carriers and suppliers to arrange pickups and deliveries. • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring compliance with timelines. • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and any issues that arise. • Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency. • Handle customer inquiries related to shipping schedules and status updates. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any logistics challenges. Requirements • Experience in logistics, transportation, or related field is preferred. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. • A degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
