Job Overview We are seeking a Subcontractor & Purchasing Manager to manage vendor relationships, negotiate material pricing, and streamline operations for our construction projects. Key Responsibilities: • Able to manage and negotiate competitive pricing with Subcontractors • Purchase construction materials and supplies at competitive prices • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners • Ensure cost efficiency and negotiate volume discounts where possible • Track expenses and align with project budgets • Work together and coordinate with accounts payables team Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in purchasing, subcontractor management, or procurement within the construction industry (residential experience). • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. • Proficiency in analyzing pricing data, budgeting, and cost-control strategies. • Familiarity with construction project timelines and workflows. • Experience with project management or construction software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore) is a plus.
