Resilient Manager Leadership Lab — Training Program / Apprenticeship (Unpaid) Job Type: Internship (Leadership Development) Location: Remote Compensation: Unpaid (training + mentorship-based experience) Cohort Size: Limited to 15 participants For: Current managers, aspiring managers, and professionals stepping into leadership roles who want to build resilience, clarity, and confidence under pressure. ABOUT THE PROGRAM The Resilient Manager Leadership Lab is a 12-week live, practice-based leadership development experience designed for emerging and current managers who want to strengthen their resilience, lead with clarity, and perform under pressure without burning out. This is NOT a self-paced online course. This is a leadership laboratory — a place where managers practice leading, not just learn about it. Participants train through The 5 Pillars of Resilience: 🌿 Self-Awareness 🌿 Clarity 🌿 Burnout Recovery 🌿 Communication 🌿 Systems The Lab integrates Imkan’s TYRM™ framework (Thoughts → Yield → Recharge → Maintenance) and includes weekly assignments, leadership simulations, speaking opportunities, and personalized mentorship. Only 15 seats are available for this cohort. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE LIVE Leadership Training (Weekly) Hands-on sessions covering resilience, clarity, systems thinking, decision-making under pressure, and leadership identity. The Resilient Speakers Club Practice communication, influence, storytelling, and leadership presence through short live talks. Conflict & Mediation Labs Role-play real leadership scenarios, practice conflict resolution, mediate conversations, and learn to navigate interpersonal challenges calmly and confidently. Systems Building & Leadership Operations Create your own Resilient Manager Operating System (RMOS) using tools and frameworks taught throughout the Lab. Burnout Recovery & Boundary Setting Develop a personalized burnout recovery plan, set leadership boundaries, and learn sustainable energy management. Self-Awareness & Leadership Identity Complete a leadership self-awareness assessment (The Resilient Manager Scorecard™) and apply the TYRM™ model to real workplace challenges. Leadership Visibility Develop your professional presence through guided visibility exercises. Final Showcase Present your RMOS, deliver a 5-minute leadership talk, and share your growth story.
