Job Description: We’re a new healthcare staffing agency connecting exceptional doctors and nurses with hospitals and medical facilities across the US. We’re looking for a motivated sales professional who can help us grow by bringing in new healthcare employer clients. If you have experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales, and you’re ready to build something from the ground up, this is your chance to make a major impact. Responsibilities: • Tap existing relationships in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare employers to pitch our candidates and new concept • Build new relationships and secure staffing contracts • Collaborate with recruiting team to fulfill client needs • Track leads, follow up, and close deals Qualifications: • Existing network and strong relationships with executives across hospitals, community health centers, nursing homes, and outpatient clinics that can be leveraged to introduce and place physicians • Confident with outreach, cold calls, and relationship-building • Self-starter who thrives on results and flexibility • Work remotely and travel to facilities when needed Compensation: • Determined based on experience and the impact you bring to the role; we’re open to designing a structure that aligns with your strengths and what motivates you • Future opportunity for salaried or leadership roles as the company grows Why Join Us: Be part of a fast-growing startup where your work directly shapes the company’s success.
