Lead product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, and integrated campaigns for complex multi-product solutions.
Requires 5+ years B2B product marketing experience, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and energy sector knowledge.
Key Responsibilities Product Marketing Strategy (Integrated Solutions) • Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for integrated solutions spanning multiple product verticals. • Define clear solution-level narratives that connect products into cohesive customer stories. • Build solution playbooks outlining problems, value propositions, use cases, competitive differentiation, and proof points. • Travel globally as required to support strategy execution. Positioning & Messaging • Own solution-level positioning and messaging to ensure clarity, differentiation, and consistency. • Create and maintain messaging frameworks, value propositions, and elevator pitches. • Provide direction and review for customer-facing materials including web content, sales decks, one-pagers, campaigns, and event messaging. • Ensure consistent messaging across web, email, sales collateral, events, and partner channels. Product & Solution Launches • Lead end-to-end product and solution launch planning and execution. • Translate product roadmaps into market-ready narratives. • Align Sales and Customer Success teams with enablement materials and launch training. • Track launch performance across adoption, usage, pipeline creation, and revenue impact. Integrated Campaign Management • Act as the central lead for integrated, multi-channel solution campaigns. • Define campaign objectives, ICPs, key messaging, offers, and channel mix (web, email, paid, social, events). • Coordinate with Growth, Digital, and Content teams to ensure timely execution. • Monitor performance metrics and optimize based on data-driven insights. Lifecycle & Nurture Marketing • Design lifecycle programs across awareness, evaluation, onboarding, expansion, and cross-sell stages. • Develop stage-specific messaging and nurture flows. • Partner with Marketing Operations to test, measure, and optimize engagement and conversion. Content Strategy & Creation • Align content roadmap with solution narratives and GTM priorities. • Co-create high-value assets such as: • Solution briefs • Use case guides • Battlecards • Demos • Webinars • Thought leadership content • Ensure all content clearly communicates business outcomes and customer proof. Qualifications & Experience Required • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience including content and digital execution. • Proven B2B product marketing experience in complex, multi-product or platform environments. • Demonstrated ability to build integrated, solution-level narratives. • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on campaign and launch execution. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partners. • Experience using modern marketing tools, analytics platforms, and AI to inform decisions. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. • Experience leading initiatives across teams without direct authority. • Experience in the energy sector, preferably upstream oil and gas. Preferred • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects. • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Experience working in a global organization with matrixed reporting structures.
