Ready to help keep our growing U.S. operations running smoothly? IMBOX is growing rapidly across North America, and we are looking for a structured and hands-on Service & Project Coordinator to join our Service & Operations team in Chicago. In this role, you will coordinate daily shipments, installations and removals, support service requests, and keep our retail partners informed. You will also help drive projects such as new store rollouts, machine exchanges and process improvements. You will become an important part of a young, fast-moving team where collaboration, ownership and a practical mindset are at the heart of how we work. What you will do Your responsibilities will include: · Coordinating daily outbound shipments, store installations and machine removals · Tracking shipments and maintaining accurate shipment records · Identifying and communicating delays or issues, particularly during large installation projects · Monitoring spare-parts inventory across multiple locations · Supporting the coordination and follow-up of service requests and machine breakdowns · Communicating timelines, status updates and open items to retail partners · Supporting projects such as store rollouts, machine exchanges, upgrades and process improvements · Maintaining operational systems and databases and ensuring that information is accurate and up to date · Performing basic technical troubleshooting when needed · Visiting our warehouse facilities in the Chicago suburbs when hands-on support is required · Prior technical training is not required. We will make sure you receive the necessary training to support our machines and retail partners. What we are looking for You are organized, dependable and comfortable managing several tasks at the same time. You take ownership, follow through and enjoy helping both customers and colleagues find practical solutions. We imagine that you: · Have experience from a coordinating, customer-facing or operational role · Are comfortable handling recurring tasks while keeping track of changing priorities and projects · Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, partners, vendors and colleagues · Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Are confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new ERP systems and databases · Work well independently while also being a supportive team player · Have a positive, flexible and solution-oriented mindset · Are willing to learn basic technical support tasks and take a hands-on approach when needed · Experience with inventory management, equipment tracking, process improvement or basic technical support is an advantage, but not a requirement.
