Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Testing with 8+ years of experience to lead and manage end-to-end testing programs across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the overall testing strategy, governance, and delivery across large-scale programs, ensuring quality, risk mitigation, and timely delivery aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Define, lead, and execute the end-to-end testing strategy and roadmap for large-scale programs. • Lead multiple testing streams including Functional, System, Integration, *UAT, Regression, Automation, and Performance Testing. • Establish testing governance, metrics, KPIs, and reporting for senior stakeholders. • Plan and manage testing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. • Identify risks, dependencies, and quality gaps; drive mitigation plans. • Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Owners, Business Teams, and Technology Leads. • Oversee test environments, test data management, and release readiness. • Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and audit requirements. • Drive continuous improvement, test automation adoption, and process optimization. Role Requirements And Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance, with program or portfolio-level ownership. • Strong experience in Test Program Management for large-scale or enterprise applications. • Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. • Hands-on knowledge of Test Automation frameworks and tools. • Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, etc.) • Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
