We're hiring a Senior Java Developer with strong Kotlin to play a key role in designing system architecture, improving code quality, and mentoring engineers while contributing to critical product initiatives. This is a 100% remote role (must be located in the US), full-time with competitive salary, bonus, 401K, and more. Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize backend services using Java and Kotlin Lead architecture discussions and influence technical direction Develop clean, maintainable, testable code following best practices Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features Mentor junior and mid-level engineers Requirements 7+ years of backend engineering experience with strong Java expertise Production experience with Kotlin (JVM ecosystem) Solid understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems Experience with Spring Boot, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical initiatives SPONSORSHIP NOT AVAILABLE
