Who We Are Imagine Pediatrics is a tech enabled, pediatrician led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs. We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity. What You’ll Do As an Associate Data Product Manager you will support senior product and project managers, analysts, and data engineers by responding to requests for data and features, analyzing healthcare information and delivery datasets to create business intelligence, helping to define features, and generally supporting the work of data-informed decision-making. You will: Be a frontline responder to data analysis requests that support the success of our healthcare delivery and business support teams. Partner with senior product and project managers to define data product requirements and technical specifications, prioritize work efforts, and drive product enhancements. Blend and analyze operational business and healthcare data to identify trends, answer questions, and define areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful data and product delivery. Contribute to data quality assurance initiatives and activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree with a demonstrated interest in healthcare delivery, data technology, and appreciation for our mission. Foundational SQL skills; ability to understand and query on relational databases. Proficiency in Excel with some knowledge of data visualization. Interest in product management, data, and healthcare technology. Strong analytics and problem-solving skills; excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a services-oriented team. Familiarity with healthcare data sources and/or analytics experience is a strong plus. What We Offer (Benefits + Perks) The role offers a base salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
